育音堂就511脑浊演出及育音堂未来发展相关申明  

2007年5月11日，上海徐汇区文化局对正在育音堂音乐仓库进行的脑浊乐队新专辑发布演出进行了检查。由于育音堂仓库不具备演出许可证，当天的演出被勒令终止。

进 行合法的演出，首先必须具备场地演出许可证。对于育音堂的管理团队来说，这几乎是无法实现的的条款。我们没有足够的资金和关系去通过消防，食品，等各方面 的检验。我们的仓库不同于其他酒吧，除了在有演出的时间开放，其他的时间段都是空置的。况且，我们也不希望让喜欢摇滚和原创音乐的人们为门票和酒水承担太 多费用。其次，每场演出都需要向文化局申请演出许可。除此之外，每一位参加演出的艺术家或乐队成员都必须持有政府相关部门颁发的“演员证“，才能够合法进 行演出。就目前中国摇滚演出市场而言，这几乎是不可能实现的。

作为一支热爱摇滚，推崇原创音乐的团队，育音堂也非常希望能合法正规操作演出。同时，我们也需要相关政府能给予我们一定的支持。 摇 滚乐和原创音乐与古典乐一样，是健康美好的。北京有迷笛音乐节以及各式各样摇滚酒吧。几乎所有的酒吧都没有所谓演出许可证，因为当地政府支持他们的举措。 这可能也就是为什么北京能够成为中国的文化艺术中心，而不是上海。北京的演出只有在扰民的情况下才会被政府干涉。育音堂仓库从开办以来一直不存在这方面的 问题。

育音堂从04年10月 开始一直坚持推广摇滚和原创音乐在上海的发展。我们也曾跟很多酒吧合作，但最终还是决定作自己的主人。因为我们要做自己喜欢的音乐，无论是死亡金属，是碾 核，是试验朋克，还是民谣，只要是好的音乐，是源自内心的独特声音，我们就要让大家听到。我们做到了，而且做得非常好！我们很乐意为所有用心做音乐的朋友 提供演出机会，他们来自五湖四海，他们说着不同的语言，但是他们的音乐能给我们带来快乐！我们可不必担心这样的音乐能不能让客人多点一瓶芝华士或者再来几 杯长岛冰茶。

很 遗憾，我们无法在龙漕路仓库继续举办摇滚演出，因为这不合法。但值得庆幸的是，我们找到了一个完全能给我们提供自由的演出场地：芷江梦工场（同乐坊内，一 个合法的演出场地）。育音堂目前的状况虽然不算太好，因为我们还需面对一笔高昂的罚款，但育音堂坚持摇滚的决心不会动摇！

What happened on 511: Xuhui district culture bureau came to our warehouse and asked us to stop the concert. They know we don't have the performance license because they have been set their eyes on us for a while. This is their regular check, of course, this time they really took it very serious because Bonbon was checked later.

We understand that to performance legally,  firstly, you have to apply performance license for the venue. And this is almost impossible to us because we don't have the money and GUAN XI to get pass from the check of fire control, food control, etc. After all, we are a rock warehouse which only opens when there's a show. It's not our intention to ask people to pay a lot to see a rock concert or spend a lot on drinks. Secondly, you have to apply to the culture bureau every time when there's a concert. Besides, all the artist, singer should have a "yan yuan zheng"(performer license) if you want to give a charged performance according to the government newly release guideline.  This is again, something impossible to realize.

We really want to do things right. But base on our condition, we also need the government to give us some support. Rock and the original music is as healthy and decent as classical music. Beijing has Midi festival and all kinds of rock bars, that's why Beijing is the center of music and culture. For the bars, they never apply any performance license, because the local government supports them. The government will only be interfered when the music is too loud and got complain by the neighbors, which is never the concern of yuyintang warehouse.

Yuyintang has been promoting rock and original music since Oct.03. We have worked with many bars before settled down in this warehouse(Mar.06) From the growing number of our audiences, we are happy to see that our strategy is right. Do our OWN music, no matter its death metal, hardcore, experimental punk, garage rock or folk, we say yes, then we will do it. We give green light to all the hardworking musicians, no matter they are from remote party of China like Gansu, or from European countries say Austria . We don't have to care that the customer might not like it and won't stay for the expensive alcohol.. Sometime, in order to help the band to save cost, we will just let them stay over in the warehouse.

We won't be able to keep the warehouse for concerts in the future. Because it's not legal. Luckily, we have found a venue partner who is Zhijiang Dream Factory in Tong Le Fang.(They have license for sure!!) they are willing to give us the freedom to do the music we wanted. Although, we are facing a big amount of fine from the culture bureau that we don't know how to deal with it at the moment, the determination to hold on rock n roll is firm. To all the rock believers, YuYinTang won't go away!
